1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Ayami Hoshiori to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of Ayami is also subject to the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines.

2. Description of Service

Ayami Hoshiori is a Discord bot that offers:

• An economy system with Primogems
• A summoning and character collection system
• Individual and cooperative missions
• Exploration and achievements
• Embed and component creation tools
• Logic Builder for automations
• Premium plans (Constellation)

3. Eligibility

To use Ayami, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (as required by Discord)
• Have a valid Discord account
• Agree to these Terms and to Discord's Terms
• Be an administrator or have permission on the server to add bots

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Ayami to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Guidelines
• Attempt to exploit bugs, loopholes, or reverse-engineer the bot
• Automate commands abusively (command spam)
• Transfer, sell, or share your progress account
• Use Ayami for illegal purposes or to harm third parties
• Attempt to bypass economy systems or gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

5. Constellation Plan (Premium)

5.1 Payments

Payments for the Constellation plan are processed by third-party platforms. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of those payment platforms.

5.2 Refund Policy

In general, purchases of digital plans are non-refundable once activated. Exceptional cases may be reviewed by support with valid justification.

5.3 Individual Keys

Individual Constellation keys are for single, personal use. Resale or transfer of keys is not permitted.

5.4 Changes to Benefits

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Constellation benefits with reasonable advance notice.

6. Virtual Currency (Primogems)

Primogems are a virtual in-game currency and have no real monetary value. They cannot be:

• Exchanged for real money
• Transferred between different accounts of the same person
• Refunded in the event of suspension for violating the terms

7. Suspension and Ban

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users or servers that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of any amounts paid, in the following cases:

• Exploiting bugs or abusive behavior
• Serious violation of Discord's guidelines
• Attempts at fraud or system manipulation
• Behavior harmful to the community

8. Service Availability

Ayami is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content related to Ayami Hoshiori — including name, visual identity, character, systems, and code — is the property of its creators. Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ayami is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of progress data in the event of serious technical failures.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use Ayami after changes, you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be announced on the support server.

12. Contact and Support
