When you use Ayami, we automatically collect the following information through the Discord API:

• Unique Discord user ID
• Username and discriminator
• IDs of servers where Ayami is present
• IDs of channels where commands are used

1.2 Data generated by usage

While you use Ayami, we generate and store progress and configuration data:

• Primogem balance and transaction history
• Summoned characters and collection progress
• Adventurer rank and achievements
• Notification and reminder settings
• In-game UID (when voluntarily provided)
• Mission and group progress
• Server settings (for administrators)

1.3 Data we do NOT collect

• Content of private messages
• Banking or payment data (processed by third parties)
• Personal information outside of Discord
• Geographic location

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide the bot's features (economy, missions, summons)
• Keep your progress and preferences across sessions
• Send reminders and notifications you've set up
• Improve performance and fix issues
• Detect and prevent misuse or violations of the Terms

3. Data Sharing

Ayami does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared:

• With infrastructure providers necessary for the service to run (databases, hosting)
• When required by law or a court order
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of users

4. Data Retention

Your data is kept for as long as you use Ayami. If you request account deletion or Ayami is removed from your server, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it.

7. Minors

Ayami follows Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 years old. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If identified, such data will be deleted immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the support server. Continued use of Ayami after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
